Pet Owners
Once we receive your pet’s prescription from your veterinarian, we get started. If your veterinarian doesn’t currently use Companion Pharmacy, feel free to tell them about us. Our pharmacy team reviews each prescription for completeness and compliance.
We confirm prescription details, review shipping and autoship options, and send a secure payment link to complete your order.
We’ll let you know when your pet’s medication is on the way. Delivery is fast, and we offer free shipping options.
We’re a text or phone call away if you have any questions about your pet’s medication. You can also text us to request refills or set up autoship.
If your veterinary hospital does not currently offer Companion Pharmacy, you’re welcome to share our information with their team. We’re happy to connect directly with your veterinarian.
Companion Pharmacy is proudly based in North Carolina and works exclusively with veterinary practices in our state. To ensure safe, coordinated care, we can only provide medications once a prescription is submitted by your veterinarian.

Patient-Specific Prescriptions
We offer multiple options to submit prescriptions:

Online: Submit prescriptions directly through our website. Click here to sign up. Once approved, you can easily submit prescriptions online. You will receive a copy of the prescription via email to upload into your PIMS.

Fax: Send prescriptions to 919-500-7982.

Phone: Call in a verbal prescription at 919-505-8779.
